How far in advance can I apply for an apartment?
You can apply for any available apartment home currently listed on our website. Maxwell can hold an apartment for up to 30 days from its available date. To secure your preferred floor plan, we recommend completing your application as soon as possible and submitting all required documentation.
Does Maxwell offer a Preferred Employer Program?
Yes! Maxwell offers a Preferred Employer Program that includes a $250 move-in credit for qualifying employees. Participating employers include first responders, government employees, Nissan North America, Amazon, Southwest Airlines, Vanderbilt University, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Belmont University, Lipscomb University, Metro Nashville Public Schools, Williamson County Schools, Ascension Saint Thomas, TriStar Health, Marriott, and more. What are the amenity hours?
Residents enjoy access to a wide range of amenities throughout the community. The fitness center, meditation room, and pet spa are available 24/7. The clubhouse, coworking spaces, and select indoor amenities are available during business hours, while the resort-style pool is open daily during pool season from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Can residents reserve amenity spaces for private events?
At this time, Maxwell’s amenity spaces are shared community areas and are not available for private reservations. Residents are welcome to enjoy these spaces with up to two guests while helping us maintain a welcoming experience for everyone.
